A gardening and property maintenance company that exists to enable owners/tenant/landlord/agents to keep on top of all their gardening, cleaning, routine repairs and minor building jobs.
This website is just to give customers an idea of the range of services we offer. Our staff are only too pleased to discuss any aspect of property and gardens with you free of charge. If jobs are outside our ability we can often recommend people or firms in the locality who we know of by reputation. Many people in Louth and the surrounding areas have used our services, and we are proud of the reputation we have built up over the years...so if you are looking for jobs to be done, timely, efficiently and proficiently then ask around, it is likely somebody you know will have used us and are willing to recommend. We have added the construction and maintenance of ponds and other water features to the list of works we undertake (see menu below).

(3)Where practical we quote for jobs rather than charging per hour worked. This removes any perverse incentive for staff to work at anything but their best, and the customer is certain of the total cost to them. (4) Employing good, well motivated staff who enjoy the work they do. |

| COST. General regular gardening will be charged out on an agreed pounds per hour basis. Specialist and irregular work will be charged out according to tender. Discounts may be offered on tendered for work where it can be undertaken at times when the business is not so busy (usually winter months). Discounts may also be offered when a client asks for several services to be undertaken by P and R. | |

In any case where the job is outside the scope of work that P and R undertake, they will advise accordingly and no charge will be levied for any advice given.
